Created in 2011, the company’s intent is and continues to be providing modern, superiorly maintained and well planned multifamily communities. At Spear Properties, we own, acquire, lease and manage properties in the Piedmont Triad while utilizing modern, practical, and well proven approaches. Our tireless commitment to hiring the best professionals has quickly resulted in our continual success as a company where management decisions are made in an efficient manner and by those that have first-hand experience in the business.

 

The business model we employ includes both investment and service-oriented businesses, therefore we are uniquely capable of maintaining a presence in the local market that is second to none.
